A variety of steps are offered for passenger egress that can be manually or electronically operated. These include Gliderite or Stanford Coachworks unique fold-out mobility step with attached handrails.
Stanford will design and fit a step or steps to suit the needs of your passengers.
All minibuses can be fitted with self-contained heaters and air conditioning units or a combination of each in climate control. Eberspächer manufactures these units.
Vehicles comply with the schedule 6 and 7 of the construction use regulations 1986 where applicable and are subject to single vehicle approval or COIF (Certificate of Initial Fitness) as necessary to meet all current legislation and customer needs. Regulations apply to all relevant lights, ventilation, egress, fire extinguishers and first aid kits.
Additional equipment includes removable and folding seats, heavy-duty rear door stays, and glass roof vent-escape hatches, high visibility hand rails, step edges, driver screens, and folded wheelchair security systems.
